Founded: Feb 7, 2015

As moms, living and working on the Beautiful North Shore, we know how busy life can get and how important it is to find the time to enjoy something that makes you sweat for your health and wellbeing.

We wanted to develop programs for all ages and all levels that give them the health benefits but also helps improve eye and hand coordination. Today with so many of our kid’s using hand held devices, it’s increasingly important to introduce a way to improve the short sightedness and brain activity as they grow and develop.

Table Tennis the sport that makes you use your brain the most

..it is a real combat sport, it’s a real Duel . It’s the combat between two opponents that seek each other’s weaknesses, and once they are found, they exploit them in order to win.

..it is one of the fastest racket sports, requiring muscular and cardiorespiratory endurance. Players need nimble footwork and upper body flexibility to return balls that can fly over 60 miles per hour, demanding faster response times than tennis or badminton..

..it is highly aerobic, uses both the upper and lower body, is great for eye hand coordination and reflexes, and causes to use many different areas of the brain at once when tracking the ball, planning shots and strategies, and figuring out spins.

..it is like aerobic chess. Plus, Table Tennis is the second most popular organized sport in the world.
