What happens when we give restrictions to play with certain rules, certain places, or certain ways? See how strokes, speed, spin, pace even placement changes with player’s behavior, uncertainty, mindset, confidence..it all sets in as a doubt..it all is tested so train with confidence that is going to be used when needed in match situations. Change the thinking. Rewire the brain. Put the mind to it. Be risky, have confidence, have faith in your skills, your determination and trust in your strokes. Believe in yourself and have positive thinking. What you see translates into the brain and the brain sends signals…this way we can learn to enforce a game plan when we play opponent’s weakness…always play the opponent’s weakness, don’t change because of the sake of change…change it when the opponent figures it out 🏓 🧠
