Everyone new or returning to our Table Tennis club need to register below before playing first time. Becoming a member of the North Shore Table Tennis Society is optional but has benefits as:

1. Cheaper hourly fees Members vs Non Members https://nsttc.ca/club-fees/

2. Preference for members when booking https://nsttc.ca/calendar/

3. Only members can attend private or group classes, training camps, tournaments or leagues

4. Members enjoy preferred access to our location at  1555 Forbes Ave, North Vancouver.

5. Members have access to free racket and ball rental

Membership Policies
North Shore Table Tennis Society is accepting Annual membership application forms starting now and they are valid until October 31, 2024 ! To sign up, please fill the online form below.
Memberships are ongoing and renewable every year. Membership dues are processed via recurring payments every year. All members and guests must sign a release waiver (at the club) to use the club facilities. Acceptance of membership is subject to the approval by the Society Board of Directors (even after membership dues were submitted).

* NORTH SHORE TABLE TENNIS SOCIETY AND NORTH SHORE TABLE TENNIS CLUB Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement 1. IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to participate, to use premises and equipment of North Shore Table Tennis Club and/or North Shore Table Tennis Society in any way, I and/or my minor child, our personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin: 2. ACKNOWLEDGE, agree, and represent that I and/or my minor child understand the nature of Table Tennis Activities and that I and/or my minor child are qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such Activity. I/we further agree that if at any time I believe conditions or equipment to be unsafe, I and/or my minor child will immediately discontinue further participation in the Activity. I will also insure I/my child will wear the appropriate footwear and clothing during Table Tennis Activities. 3. FULLY UNDERSTAND that (a) TABLE TENNIS ACTIVITIES INVOLVE RISKS AND DANGERS OF SERIOUS BODILY INJURY, INCLUDING PERMANENT DISABILITY, PARALYSIS AND DEATH, HARASSMENT, EXPOSURE TO INAPPROPRIATE CONDUCT AND LANGUAGE (“RISKS”); (b) these Risks and dangers may be caused by me and/or my child’s own actions, or inaction, or the actions or in action of others participating in the Activity, the condition in which the Activity takes place, or THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE “RELEASEES” NAMED BELOW; (c) there may be OTHER RISKS AND SEVERE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC LOSSES either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I FULLY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES, COSTS, AND DAMAGES I and/or my minor child incur as a result of my participation in the Activity. 4. HEREBY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, AND ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE LOSSES, COSTS, AND/OR DAMAGES FOLLOWING SUCH INJURY, DISABILITY, PARALYSIS, OR DEATH, EVEN IF CAUSED, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE “RELEASEES” NAMED BELOW; 5. HEREBY RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE North Shore Table Tennis Society, or North Shore Table Tennis Club, their respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, officials, volunteers, and employees, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises on which the Activity takes place, (each considered one of the “RELEASEES” herein) FROM ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES ON MY ACCOUNT CAUSED OR ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE “RELEASEES” OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS; AND I FURTHER AGREE that if, despite this RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT I and/or my minor child, or anyone on my and/or my minor child’s behalf, makes a claim against any of the Releases, I WILL INDEMNIFY, SAVE, AND HOLD HARMLESS EACH OF THE RELEASEES from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage, or cost which may incur as the result of such claim. 6. I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT OR ASSURANCE OF ANY NATURE AND INTEND IT TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW AND AGREE THAT IF ANY PORTION OF THIS AGREEMENT IS HELD TO BE INVALID THE BALANCE, NOTWITHSTANDING, SHALL CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. 7. I ALSO AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL THE NORTH SHORE TABLE TENNIS SOCIETY AND NORTH SHORE TABLE TENNIS CLUB RULES AND REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING RULES SPECIFIC TO COVID – 19: BEFORE ENTRY TO ANY FACILITY WHERE NORTH SHORE TABLE TENNIS SOCIETY AND/OR NORTH SHORE TABLE TENNIS CLUB PROGRAMS, ACTIVITIES OR EVENTS TAKE PLACE: a) All persons must read and sign the online/paper waiver form b) Confirm they are in good health, do not have any symptoms of Covid 19 FOLLOWING ENTRY TO ANY FACILITY WHERE NORTH SHORE TABLE TENNIS SOCIETY AND/OR NORTH SHORE TABLE TENNIS CLUB PROGRAMS, ACTIVITIES OR EVENTS TAKE PLACE: a) All persons must prebook prior to entering the club premises to guarantee their spot b) All persons MUS register online prior the first play c) All persons must use the hand sanitizer If necessary d) Wash hands following any use of rest rooms e) Report or inform coaches/front desk person If you feel unwell prior to engaging any table tennis activities f) report any other issues you might encounter prior, during or after any table tennis activities
