This program initiative is to focus on development of women and girls in table tennis, to become better players and receive all the mental and health benefits table tennis offers.

Our professional table tennis coaches pay individual attention to each new female players regardless of the age and playing level, we welcome you ALL . It is more than a recreational activity, it can break barriers and decrease intimidation, it can be used as a tool for social change, particularly within a context of gender equ(al)ity and it can build capacity to increase retention of women and girls in sports. The lack of women and girls participation is not unique to table tennis but reflects to many sports that’s why with our programs initiative we would like to promote this sport’s contribution to gender equ(al)ity and provide more visibility for women´s and girls achievements.  Our Sport will benefit in increased participation, improved physical literacy and mental and well being of our female community. We understand that sport is a platform to promote gender equality and our TT programs will give opportunity to act and address the areas in which women´s and girls Table Tennis athletic development will be promoted. We will actively encourage them to take it even further and become new athletes, coaches, umpires and leaders.

Sport empowers women and girls and with such initiative, we must continue to build upon its success with the goal in mind to uplift and strengthen gender equ(al)ity within our society and community.

We also believe our programs will positively impact women and girls in these areas: education, employment and entrepreneurship, health and healthy living and social engagement. We have been actively developing strategies to encourage more women and girls to not only take up our sport but also continue playing and become athletes and future program leaders. Those who will show further interest can continue all year round with coaching programs and classes with more structured programming and become future table tennis athletes.
